Standard Operating Procedures
A Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) is a prescription of the workflow
for a critical process. The SOP shall be as concise as possible. Not
following an SOP can create great damage and will be taken serious.
It will not be accepted to just deviate the problem or execute the
workflow, if you do not understand it. Similarly it is not accepted to
bypass the SOP.
If an SOP appears inpracticable, unnecesarily complicated, unclear or
error prone, it is everybody's responsibility to communicate this
problem it to me, and help to solve the problem. Also, if you consider
an SOP unnecessary, let me know, as an SOP always causes some overhead,
that must be worthwhile.
It is everybody‘s responsibility to know of all SOP‘s that relate to him.
